UK Public/Administrative Law advice needed Re: Complaint against NHS Trust? - nhs complaint

I was in a clinic, 07 January mentioned. It started to my house, Harry and my cell phone via [I kept] the news. I have a complaint through my NHS Trust and produced all the evidence was overwhelming. The GMC also study. No one will doubt that this has happened, because the evidence that I am ..
I asked to a specialist the option that says, refers not see me without a companion. PLEASE NOTE see my complaint is not about the sexual harassment wiith! I've been told is the right of the new, specially request an escort, saying: "Well, I'll look elsewhere, as I have done nothing wrong and I'm just punished just because you have submitted a valid claim.
I went to my doctor today to see and understand the hER, said specialists from the latter on his advice that it would also chaperones.YOU must truly understand that the NHS are [Patient Advice & Liaison Service] GMC on my side and I know that I lied. But the appeal failed Cont.

The specialist must be submitted in its law on your side. The "companion" to do or say anything. It protects you and the specialist. It may be a relative or friend only nurss place.
There is no criminal element and taking into account that the GMC, conclusions or decisions are reached on their complaints (the exact details of what a specialist again be known) I see little sense in the suggestion.
You can) with the Foundation to submit (on the application for an accompanying person, but since you would not be a valid application, not to a satisfactory outcome for you.

More information:
I just your contributions. No refusal of treatment. Complteley're waste your time looking Solictor pose for you.
If you say you have a case to discuss their origin, whether they are experienced professionals, they will tell you what I say.

However, more information:
Read my answer Asker precise - I am not saying that they have not received a complaint, said that the GMC did not act on his complaint - they do not have the final results () for you.
You see, the problem is with a lot of Yahoo Answers, where you get to ask questions and want real advice, a large number of uninformed opinions (mostly well-intentioned) and when I "I have the answer to the real answer," Thumbs Down " Available in power because they do not like the answer.
If you want tea and sympathy, please go to your colleagues, for tThe cafe or bar if you want the answer (that you lost a lot of time and avoid pain), you read my previous answer.
PS: In response to my CAPS does not make the best answer.

This is called closing the ranks. You can not win. Have you already used by many NHS workers who are laid off?

The complaint system is a complete illusion. It is there for aesthetics.

Do not give up. They will try to work with you until you do.

You do not say "He" is it?

In addition to his new specialist has every right to look for a partner - quite correctly, that should bring you ...

I do not see this as an insult - the new specialist is concerned, it can say or do somthing that is taken out of context and do not want to lose their jobs!

Read your post - you say you have been left untreated? The NHS will say: "We do not treat" - or so it seems that the treatment has never been disputed.

You're the one who said: "Well, I'll look elsewhere, as I have done nothing wrong and I'm just punished just because you wind up in possession of a valid complaint.

In black and white are not reachedCOUP refusal of the alternative.

People will be honest, when I was a researcher and his grades dropped into my desk, I would do exactly the same and ask for an escort back - if you're honest and not the component, but not "There is no to earn these things for their livelihood and the people who had been banned because of some minor personal problems.

If your complaint is against a doctor who is being harassed, you wind up - call the police! Have you thought about doing still here?

Ultimatly would be investigated by the NHS and GMC, but if you prevent a victim of harassment and looting of the NHS, which has been bothering him more, when he sacked?

You need to go to the police - at the end of the day, they are harassed by an individual doesn 'Let your doctor.

If you are not the police were still trying to resolve this through your employer, that I did not even get you into trouble (in my opinion - an invitation, please!)

Do you tell the whole story?

When he spoke of a man (as am I) I refused to return to the Council, which would attack the police go!

You really need the advice of professionals, has been at Citizens Advice Bureau?
That would be my best suggestion, unless someone can get a little better.
