How to get out of lease (2.5 months left, has been there for 10 years) due to loud and threatening neighbors? - courtesy lease expiration letter
My mother lived in her apartment for 10 years, most recently in the new neighbors moved upwards and were always late at night (4 hours) argue, inside and outside his apartment. My mother called courtesy officer on site office to complain about it for a month. This morning when we went to work, he said, is "better than B______ interfere in their affairs F_____. They feel threatened and say all the offices, they could not get hold of, and not everyone can not be out of your lease. If you can not sleep and do their job and now she feels she can not live. What can we do to break your lease? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

No notice, not a legal reason your lease.
Call the police.
Lease or rent? In the case of a lease and the expression is true, you could try to see the voluntary surrender offer and what the owner said. If she lived 10 years ago, the owners are probably headlessor or willing to remain on the site, then try to ask if he or she can help. Noise is a real problem for many people. Check http://hubpages.com/hub/Noisy-Neighbours may provide some useful information.
