Would this diet be considered good for weight loss? - olives weight loss
I am losing weight, and my new diet mostly of water and green tea, yogurt, a cup of vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper, 1 boiled / 2 cup of tuna and two slices of toast with jam. I also started 2 am 3 miles three times a week, with an exercise ball three times a week for toning.
